Volunteer for Steps that Count

Volunteering is the gift that gives back! By joining us for Steps that Count, you can help make Steps that Count a success! On the day of the walk, there are many opportunities for volunteers with different skills, interests, and abilities. Volunteer duties range from handing out walk t-shirts to route cheerleaders to clean-up crew. We will do our best to match your interest with our needs.

If you are unavailable on Walk Day, but would still like to assist AKF, we have many opportunities available. You can host a walk fundraising event for your friends and family or assist in pre-walk activities, such as kick-off events and distribution of materials. We are always open to your new ideas and encourage everyone to take steps to fight kidney disease!
