Slam! Kidney Disease - Washington, D.C.RFK Stadium By signing up for Slam! Kidney Disease, not only will you enjoy a weekend of basketball, you will become an important part of our mission. The funds you raise will help support kidney patients in need and increase awareness about kidney disease to those most at risk. Whether you choose to play in the Hoop It Up 3-on-3 tournament or you’d rather support someone who is playing, you are an essential part of our team! If you have additional questions about Slam! Step 1: Click one of these links to get started! Click “I Want to Play” if you plan to play in the Hoop It Up tournament and ask friends and family to support your effort to raise funds for the American Kidney Fund. If you raise $125 or more, you and your team will be eligible for free registration. Step 2: Fill out your fundraising page, send the link to all of your friends and family to start raising money. Step 3: Get ready to have fun, help a great cause and receive cool prizes!! If you clicked on the link “I Want to Play” and raised $125 or more, you will receive an email telling you how to register for the Hoop It Up tournament for free within 48 hours. Also after the tournament, we will mail you your incentive prizes based on the total amount of money you have raised. |
