The kidney transplant process can feel overwhelming for a variety of reasons, especially the management of increased expenses associated with the surgery and post-transplant care. The American Kidney Fund (AKF) and CareDx have partnered to host this webinar, which will address many questions related to the financial considerations of transplant.

Support our Safety Net Financial Assistance Program

The AKF Safety Net Financial Assistance Program provides grants to help kidney patients with health care expenses that are not covered by insurance such as the cost of transportation to and from dialysis, over-the-counter medicines and copayments.

AKF is receiving 1,000 new requests per month from low-income kidney patients in need of support. We don't want to turn anyone away, so would you consider making a gift toward our $100,000 goal to meet this critical need?

Please join the AKF State Government Affairs team as we conduct regional state advocacy trainings during the week of Dec. 11. Each training will be held virtually at 6 p.m. ET and will cover specific information about your state and opportunities for engagement.
