Apply for Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill

Join us in April for Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill

Your voice is powerful in the fight against kidney disease! Each year the American Kidney Fund (AKF) brings a group of AKF Ambassadors to the nation’s capital for advocacy training and meetings with their elected officials on issues important to kidney patients and their families. We are now accepting applications for our 2019 Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill, April 2-3. Apply today!

The two-day event begins with a full day of advocacy training. On day two, AKF Ambassadors put what they’ve learned into practice while talking to their U.S. Representative and Senators.

Travel, hotel and meal expenses will be covered by AKF. If you are interested in participating, please submit your application no later than February 11, 2019.
